Easy-KeyConcatenate

This is used to concatenate a series of chapters into a book, or books into a testament. Running this application will:

• Optionally standardise each file.
• Convert any file with WEBBS Key Codes to Unicode.
• Check and report all occurrences of duplicate footnotes or footnote markers. (The report indicates each chapter the number occurs, in together with its footnote number.)
• Remove all Standard Format Markers relating to "\id2" and their associated details.

Whilst it is convenient if the files to be concatenated are all in the same folder, this is not a requirement since files can be added to the file list from any folder. The order in which files are concatenated is the same as the order in which they are listed. This sequence can be changed by moving files up or down in the file list.
